Why I Built This
When people don't trust lawyers, they don't get help until it's too late.
When people don't trust doctors, they don't follow the advice that could save them.
When people don't trust educators, they pull their kids out of systems designed to protect them.
When people don't trust policy, they stop believing change is possible.
Your work only works if people trust it, understand it, and act on it.
I've spent eight years inside these sectors. Training professionals. Shaping government programs. Advising boards. Speaking at Parliament House. And the whole time, I kept seeing the same thing.
Brilliant people. Important work. And no one getting it.
I watched experts lose funding to people with better websites. I saw life-saving programs get ignored because the language was too complex. I sat in rooms with professionals who had decades of experience and couldn't explain what they did in a way that made anyone care.
It wasn't their fault. No one ever taught them. No one ever built anything to help them.
And meanwhile, the world changed. Misinformation spreads faster than expertise. Trust in institutions is collapsing. The gap between what professionals know and what the public believes gets wider every year.
The wrong voices are winning. Not because they're right. Because they know how to make humans trust them.
And the people who actually know what they're talking about? They were never given the same tools. They can't use the same tools. Ethics won't allow it. Compliance won't allow it. The reality of their profession won't allow it.
